Advertising Banner Policy

This Advertising Banner Policy explains the standards required for banner adverts submitted to CA News, operated through ConfidentialAccess.by.

By submitting an advertising banner, you agree that your advert, creative assets, landing page, destination URL, and campaign message must comply with this policy.

1. Advertising Standards

Confidential Access accepts advertising banners for lawful products, services, campaigns, organisations, and announcements.

We reserve the right to review, refuse, suspend, remove, or request changes to any advert at our discretion.

2. Prohibited Advertising Content

Advertisers must not submit banners or landing pages that include or promote:

• Illegal products, services, or activity
• Hate speech, harassment, discrimination, or extremist material
• Pornography, explicit sexual content, or adult services
• Illegal drugs, controlled substances, or unlawful drug-related services
• Scams, phishing, malware, deceptive downloads, or misleading claims
• Violence, threats, abuse, or content designed to intimidate
• Copyright-infringing material or assets used without permission
• False, deceptive, or deliberately misleading advertising
• Content that may damage the reputation, safety, or legal position of Confidential Access

3. Advertiser Responsibility

Advertisers are responsible for ensuring their banner, destination URL, campaign claims, imagery, wording, and business activity comply with all relevant laws, regulations, advertising standards, and platform requirements.

4. Approval and Removal

Approval of an advert does not mean Confidential Access endorses the advertiser, product, service, campaign, or claim being promoted.

If an advert is found to breach this policy, it may be removed without notice.
